SoftTrain Cloud integrates with the Wildix phone system through a Chrome Extension that automatically pauses call recordings whenever a customer enters sensitive information, like credit card details or personal data, into a web form. 

Once the information is submitted, the recording picks up right where it left off—it’s  Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant and keeps things secure and hassle-free.

Here is how it works…

The Wildix Chrome Extension intelligently detects when users input data into a pre-configured web form and automatically pauses call recordings by initiating an API to the phone system. Once the data entry is complete, the extension seamlessly resumes the call recording through another API to the phone system. This fully automated process requires no manual intervention from the user, ensuring a smooth and secure experience.
