Having already completed a 12-month consulting engagement to review and recommend a suitable Contact Centre solution and Unified Communications strategy for a large UK Services provider, we have also been busy working with a major US Corporation for what turned out to be an equally complicated and challenging project.
Following the recent acquisition of a UK competitor, PSI Online, headquartered in California, USA, engaged Evoke’s consulting team to manage a full communications suite transfer across to their UK division.
During this 5-month program the team, led by Susie Wardell, worked very closely with both the US and UK leadership teams, to drive a seamless ‘lift and shift’ of services across from the acquired business to PSI’s multiple UK business locations. This project proved to be an extremely complicated assignment, with multiple concurrent program workstreams requiring high levels of insight, industry knowledge and drive.
Susie worked on a day to day basis with our main stakeholder, The President for PSI International, Janet Garcia, ultimately completing what has been recognised by the client as an exceptional delivery.
